SCRABBLE and the City is Houston's most innovative and fun charitable event! Guests drink, dine, dance and score in an exciting and one-of-a-kind SCRABBLE competition, prizes included.
"Americana" is the theme for 2012!
With this theme we are bringing together many kinds of all-American past-times; board games, food and drinks, and the ageless idea of a land of opportunity - in this case, opportunity through literacy!
SCRABBLE and the City 2012 is not your grandmother's SCRABBLE! The event will include two rounds of wacky SCRABBLE contests and will continue the tradition of best SCRABBLE Team Name and SCRABBLE Team Costume contests. New this year will be a few fun “game changers” that will even the SCRABBLE playing field in the way of rules undisclosed until the evening of the tournament!

Will your SCRABBLE team be the next to get your name on Mr. T the traveling trophy?
